Choose the Type of Appointment
Different services are handled by different teams. Identify what you need first:
- Fiber Installation (FTTH) – New fiber installation
- Trouble Ticket – Internet or phone issues
- Service Order – Moves, changes, or disconnects

Select Your Appointment Window
Available scheduling depends on the type of service.
- Monday – Saturday
- 8:30AM – 12:30PM
- 1:00PM – 5:00PM
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00AM – 5:00PM
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00AM – 5:00PM

Prepare for the Appointment
Before the technician arrives:
- All pets must be safely secured in a separate room.
- The account holder, or an authorized adult (18+), must be present.
- Make sure technicians can access all GRTI equipment.
- Clear the work area if installation or wiring is needed.
- Photos may be taken for documentation.

Know What Service Orders Include
Service Order appointments may include:
- New service (application required beforehand)
- Service relocation
- Service disconnect
- Service changes, including:
- Additional jack installation
- Phone delivery
- Great Call service (Tribal Health pre-approval required)

Rescheduling an Appointment
To reschedule, call the respective team in Step 2 based on your appointment type.
Appointments may need to be rescheduled if:
- • The work area is blocked or unsafe
- • Pets are not secured
- • No authorized adult is present
- • Equipment is not accessible
Tips for a Smooth Appointment
- Clear space around routers, wall jacks, and ONT boxes before arrival.
- Keep pets secured ahead of time to avoid delays.
- Have your account number ready when calling.
- Schedule morning appointments if you need a tighter arrival window.

- Larger installations may take longer depending on wiring needs.
- Weather or safety conditions may impact scheduling.
- A technician may take photos for documentation and quality assurance.
