New Home Construction.
Congratulations on your new home! Let GRTI get your telephone and internet services set up right from the start.
Getting Started.
As you prepare to move into your new home, please note that while electric and water services are already set up, telephone and internet services require additional construction. Contact GRTI early in the construction phase to ensure timely setup.
Please allow approximately 8 weeks to construct fiber to newly built homes.
How It Works.
Step 1
Call GRTI Customer Service
Call (520) 796-3333 as soon as construction begins on your new home.
Step 2
Submit Required Documents
Submit all required forms and applications to GRTI. See the full list below.
Step 3
Service Order Created
Our Customer Service Team will create a service order, staged to Engineering and all necessary departments. Construction is required for all newly built homes.
Step 4
Installation Scheduled
Once construction is complete, a GRTI technician will visit your home to complete the installation of your phone and any additional services.

Please print and fill out these forms. It is important they are all submitted in a timely manner as soon as construction begins.
GRTI Residential Application for Service
- New customers: Fill out the application completely, sign and return.
- Current customers: If keeping all services the same, complete the first page and write "Keep Services The Same" on the second page, sign and return. If there are changes to services, fill out the second page completely, sign and return.

Physical Address Validation Letter
Provided by LUPZ GIS. Allow 10–14 days for the letter to be generated.
Copy of Your ID
A valid government-issued photo ID is required at time of application.
