How to Create an Online Account.

You'll need a bill handy when first registering

Click Continue on the payment portal.

Click “Register Now” in the login box on the right.

Enter an email address and password — these will be used for future logins. Click “Enroll” at the bottom of the page.

When asked for your Account Number, use the one listed on your bill, leaving off any leading zeros. Example: 21700XXXX.

When asked for your Main Phone Number, use the one listed on the bottom right corner of the first page of your bill.

You can now view your bill, make payments, manage payment options and more using the credentials you just created.
