OSP Construction Laborer
Job Summary: The OSP Construction Laborer is responsible for preparing job sites for underground and aerial fiber
construction. This involves heavy manual labor such as potholing, digging bore pits, ground restoration, site preparation, and clean-up. The role also includes assisting with conduit placement, fiber installation, and building entrance work.

Job Summary: Reporting to the Engineering and Construction Manager, the OSP Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of fiber optic network construction. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of the construction process including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, quality control and leading the construction laborers and equipment operators. The OSP Construction Manager works closely with contractors, engineers, third party agencies and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Network Support Technician I
Job Summary:The Network Support Technician I is focused on delivering top notch technical support to GRTI and Alluvion customers in the most proactive way possible. The Network Support Technician I will be highly proficient in troubleshooting technical issues reported by residential and business customers related to subscribed voice and data services. This team member utilizes network monitoring, network management tools and ticketing systems to identify, track and document widespread network issues, as well as customer specific issues.
