GRTI Receptionist
Job Summary: The Receptionist is the first point of contact who greets visitors and delivers exceptional customer service support for Gila River Telecommunications and its Subsidiaries. Answers and manages incoming phone calls made to GRTI’s main customer service number. Addresses customers and visitor's questions and needs by providing an overall welcoming environment. Communicates and directs employees and customers to the appropriate areas. Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring sign-in sheets, and issuing visitor badges when necessary.
The Receptionist reports directly to the Customer Service Supervisor.

Network Analyst 2
Job Summary: The Network Analyst 2 will help to supervise employees in the Network Operations Center (NOC) as well as monitor and maintain WAN/LANs and associated network nodes, respond to alarms and isolate network service faults.
The Network Analyst 2 utilizes network monitoring and ticketing software to provide best in class service to customers throughout our network.
The Associate Network Analyst reports directly to the NOC Manager.
