GRTI Receptionist
Job Summary: The Receptionist is the first point of contact who greets visitors and delivers exceptional customer service support for Gila River Telecommunications and its Subsidiaries. Answers and manages incoming phone calls made to GRTI’s main customer service number. Addresses customers and visitor's questions and needs by providing an overall welcoming environment. Communicates and directs employees and customers to the appropriate areas. Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring sign-in sheets, and issuing visitor badges when necessary.
The Receptionist reports directly to the Customer Service Supervisor.

Network Support Technician II
Job Summary:The Network Support Technician II provisions, supports, and maintains service provider communication equipment including optical gear, access equipment, Ethernet and TDM facilities, as well as voice soft switches.
This team member works closely with Network Support Technicians I and III, as well as Network Engineers to assist in the installation, provisioning, configuration, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and optimal performance while providing professional, courteous, and timely resolution to work orders.
The Network Support Technician II reports directly to the Network Support Supervisor.

OSP Combo Tech
Job Summary: The OSP Combo Tech installs, maintains, repairs and tests telecommunications equipment at customer locations and remote sites as well as splices Outside Plant Fiber in manhole/handhole as well as in commercial/residential environments. Reads, creates, and maintains splicing schematics and diagrams; managing outside plant (OSP) and Inside Plant (ISP) activities at and around assigned work sites.

Alluvion OSP Tech
Job Summary: The OSP Tech installs FDPs, maintains and repairs fiber optic cables and conduits at customer locations and remote sites as well as splices Outside Plant Fiber in manhole/handhole as well as in commercial/residential environments. Read and create design plans for construction projects, work with permitting agencies and Engineering Contractor; managing outside plant activities at and around assigned work sites.

Locator Technician
Job Summary: The Locator Technician will be responsible for identifying and marking buried fiber optic & copper cabling by referencing utility prints and using specific locating equipment.
Primary responsibility is responding to all Arizona Bluestake, GRIC departmental, and GRTI internal requests for utility locates.
