Product Development Engineer

Job Summary: The Product Development Engineer is a pivotal role within our organization, entrusted with the responsibility of managing the development and enhancement of our Telecom and Internet Service Provider (ISP) products. Reporting directly to the Sales and Product Development Manager, this role plays a central part in ensuring our products align with market demands, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations across diverse sectors including Enterprise, Healthcare, Education, Government, and Small to Medium Businesses (SMBs). The Product Development Engineer will also lead process development and refinement efforts to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in product development and sales support functions. This position will be supporting all brands and subsidiary companies of Gila River Telecommunications (GRTI) as needed, with a focus on Alluvion Communications (ISP) and Native Technology Solutions (construction, Structured cabling, and various security and telco equipment).

Information Systems Support Technician

Job Summary:The Information Systems Support Technician is an entry level information technology position who will perform the day-to-day IT department responsibilities while ensuring compliance with cybersecurity guidelines and industry best practices. This position is focused on delivering exceptional support to internal customers, responding in a timely manner to workstation, software or hardware technical issues.

Information Technology & Broadcast Engineer

Job Summary: Gila River Broadcasting Corporation (GRBC), a subsidiary of Gila River Telecommunications operates four broadcast transmitters located in the East Phoenix valley and on South Mountain. GRBC broadcasts locally produced and satellite content for the Gila River Tribal Community and beyond. The Information Technology & Broadcast Engineer is resourceful and knowledgeable about the flow of broadcast operations, broadcast equipment, maintenance, and collaborates well with other departments. This position will be responsible for a broad range of disciplines, including IT, broadcast technologies and satellite truck operation.

Fiber Optic Construction Apprentice

Job Summary: This position is an apprenticeship opportunity in the field of telecommunications infrastructure deployment. The Apprentice will assist OSP and ISP Technicians in various aspects of line installation and construction of fiber optic cable. This apprenticeship opportunity involves skill development, practical experience, mentorship, industry exposure, certifications, and accreditations with the ultimate goal of becoming an OSP Technician. The primary responsibility will be preparing job sites for underground and aerial fiber construction, splicing fiber optic cables in both outdoor and indoor settings. This position requires heavy manual labor including potholing, digging bore pits, ground restoration, site preparation and clean-up. This person will also assist with placing conduit and fiber and building entrance work.
