Welcome to the automated bill payment system, secured and operated by CDS Global for your local telecommunications provider. You may view and pay your bill using electronic check, or a VISA or a MasterCard.
The information you submit on this site is secure and will be kept confidential. All communications between you and CDS Global are encrypted using Secure Sockets technology and strong security procedures are maintained and monitored in our processing center. We safeguard any personal information you may supply and do not share it.
How to create a login to pay your bill
Accessing your GRTI account online is a useful tool. You will need a bill handy when first registering your account. To begin, you will first need to register by following these steps:
- Click continue.
- Click “Register Now” in the login box on the right.
- Once on the registration form, you will be asked to enter an email address and a password; these will be used for future logins. Click “Enroll” at the bottom of the page.
- When asked for your Account Number, please use the one listed on your bill leaving off any leading zeros. Example 21700XXXX.
5. When asked for your Main Phone Number, please use the one listed on the bottom right corner of the first page of your bill. If you need assistance, please call our Customer Service Department at (520) 796-3333.
6. You can now view your bill, make payments, manage payment options and more by using the credentials you just created.
