Donation Requests

Monetary donation requests are approved by the GRTI Board of Directors. These requests are approved during regular monthly board meetings. Please call Nicole Tree at (520) 796-8808 for additional information. You will need to submit the following:

• Completed Donation Request Form
• Event flyer or sponsorship packet

Ways to send your Monetary Donation request:

• E-mail: Nicole Tree at ntree@gilarivertel.com with "Monetary Donation Request" in the subject line

The GRTI PR department receives requests to set-up a booth, donate logo items or water for your event. Please submit the following:

• Completed Donation Request Form
• Event flyer

The PR department will contact you shortly after the request has been received.
